On September 10, 2020, we completed the first of two virtual public hearings on the role of public-private partnerships in California’s response to the pandemic-induced economic recession. We examined the recession’s impact on small businesses, what small businesses need to survive and recover, and how private-public partnerships can support equitable recovery for California’s small businesses.
