Entrepreneur Ecosystem Administrator
Description:
The EEA is a progressively responsible position that will coordinate and administer services of the Entrepreneur Ecosystem and report to the Entrepreneur Ecosystem Executive Director.
This position will leverage relationships to develop winning strategies and partnerships to
positively impact the entrepreneurial and small business community throughout the region and beyond. The position will be the strategy implementer for the Entrepreneur Ecosystem, including developing and co-creating year-round training access for small business owners; fostering partnerships and MOU’S with key public as well as private small business collaborators. This includes but is not limited to the SBA, Department of Treasury, SBDC, SCORE, the Women’s Business Center, Cal State San Bernardino, local chambers of commerce and other small business champions in the area.
The position will have managerial oversight of space and resources available to small businesses and partners. The position will also
research, identify and write grant applications to support the programs of the Entrepreneur Ecosystem.
The position will manage the calendar of activities in the ecosystem, including marketing and outreach for use of the facility, proper set up and clean up for each event, and data management of attendees and outcomes. The position will ensure that businesses referred to the ecosystem for training and coaching are matched to the right partner, provide regular check-ins of their progress, and document and track outcomes. The position will receive incentive pay for businesses that are referred to the ecosystem from AmPac Business Capital and after completing training or coaching, return to AmPac Business Capital and obtain a loan.
The position will seek new partners and opportunities for the ecosystem, and support grants and grant reporting for the ecosystem.
The person successful in this position must have strong interpersonal skills, must be able to collect, manage and report on data, as well as have good writing skills to share success stories and positive outcomes. The successful person in this position should be entrepreneurial and must be willing to seek and execute innovative opportunities to advance entrepreneurial dreams through the ecosystem.
